Ladies Golf Fitness Classes

Come and join me in a fun and friendly environment where we'll discuss and perform movements which will positively impact your ability to move in relation to golf!

Classes are designed to add value to golfers of all abilities.

​

Spaces are limited so that I can provide the best coaching possible so places on each class will be managed on a first come first served basis.

Health Screening Questionnaire (PAR-Q) & Waiver

Please fill out the following form in order to participate in our golf fitness classes.  Whilst these classes will be fairly low-impact (similar to a pilates or yoga session), if you do not currently perform similar physical activity, this form will advise whether you should check with your doctor before you start.  If you are over the age of 69 and planning on significantly increasing your current activity levels then, as a responsible personal trainer, I have to advise that you check with a doctor before engaging in these classes.

Has your doctor ever said that you have a heart condition and that you should only do physical activity recommended by a doctor?
Do you feel pain in your chest when you do physical activity?
In the past month, have you had chest pain when you were not doing physical activity?
Do you have a bone or joint problem (for example, back, knee or hip) that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity levels?
Is your doctor currently prescribing drugs (e.g. water pills) for your blood pressure or heart conditions?
Do you know of any other reason why you should not do physical activity?
Do you lose your balance because of dizziness or do you ever lose consciousness?

If you answered 'YES' to any of these questions then I have to advise that you talk with your doctor by phone or in person before you start becoming much more physically active.  Tell your doctor about this form (PAR-Q) and the questions to which you answered ‘YES’ to ensure it is safe for you to participate.​

I hereby state that I have read, understood and answered honestly the screening questionnaire (PAR-Q).  During the exercise class, every effort is made to keep the class / session safe and minimise the risks whilst providing an effective session. I am participating of my own free will and I am aware, as with any exercise program, there is a risk of injury.  I understand it is my responsibility to inform LJS Fitness Coaching if any physical / medical changes occur which may prevent me from exercising safely. If at any time I feel undue pain or excessive discomfort, I will stop the activity and inform Laura.  I will not hold LJS Fitness Coaching liable in any way for injuries or illness that may occur while I am training.
