  • Performance Coaching Session

    In this session I'll ask you to tell me about your game, the challenges you're facing and ultimately what you want to achieve from our time together. We'll then move on to discussing how I can help you reach your goals. We will look to uncover a quick fix (plaster solution) to a problem you're experiencing, longer term fixes will largely depend on what you want to work on and achieve. Every coaching package I deliver is unique to the player sat in front of me, and the content largely depends on what they want and need. For some, embracing the mental game of golf can be a journey of self-discovery, taking the ultimate step towards improved performance and happiness on and off the golf course. For others it's simply a case of shifting perspective on a specific obstacle they're experiencing. Individual coaching sessions and coaching packages are always lead by you and what you want to achieve.

  • Fit for Golf Package

    What you get in this package: - A full assessment of your ability to move in relation to swing mechanics; based on Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) theory, research and certification. - Your Golf Fitness Handicap - A comprehensive write-up of your results. This might be something you want to share with your Pro as some limitations can prevent, or encourage, certain swing characteristics. - Discussion around your goals and consultation for your golf fitness journey. - A comprehensive exercise programme unique to you and your goals - Optional follow-up body-swing assessment performed 8-12 weeks after your initial assessment. - Access to the TPI app providing instructional videos of all prescribed exercises.
